Don’t be afraid to admit when you’re wrong. Even though I know this isn’t the easiest thing to do, it works wonders. Chances are if you admit when you’re wrong, he or she will feel obligated to do the same!

Don’t always assume you are right. Try to see things from their point of view and try to imagine how they feel.

Determine what the real problem is. It may be that you two are fighting about everything because of a deeper issue that hasn’t been resolved.
