You are going to have to make a change. Appearance, smell, and possibly even the way you talk. The reasoning behind this is because the human mind links emotions to just that, smell, sight, and sound. With your relationship ended, those three sense can be linked to “bad feelings”, and if we can change just that alone, your chances of rekindling that lost love will be even easier.

Now, lets turn that hurt you are feeling into inspiration, we are after all going to get your ex back fast! Hit the gym, the basketball court, or the track. Get active for at least 45 minutes a day. Get a hold of an old friend you may have lost contact with since you were in your relationship, and invite them along with you so you can catch up on old times. The goal here is to lose some weight and get in shape. Not only will it change the way you look physically, it will also give you more confidence. Having more confidence will change the way you speak as well.

Take a trip to your closest mall. You have A TON of choices there, so get yourself a new wardrobe. While you are at the mall, get advice from a man or a woman, have them smell a couple different colognes and get them to pick out the best smell. The sense of smell one of the more important ones, as you can remember a smell for a much longer period of time, then you could a sight or sound.

It is going to require some work, but in the end, even if you don’t get your ex back, you will be a whole new person again. You will look different and be much more confident. Just remember to turn that hurt into inspiration, no matter how hard it could be, and you could get what you want.
