The majority of people who have just experienced a breakup find themselves asking ” How To Get My Ex Back?” Usually they start to think and dwell on how things could have been done differently in their relationship. At times, they even create strategies such as writing an apology letter or other ways that could possibly help them get backget back your ex that relationship that they wish they hadn’t lost.

In most cases this turns out to be a dead end plan because, with most relationships that have failed, it isn’t always easy to know just exactly what caused the breakup. Women, typically become very emotional and even they sometimes do not know what led to the breakup of the relationship and are confused about why they are feeling so awful now that the relationship has ended.

If you, the guy, are trying these strategies mentioned above, most times you are wasting your energy trying to figure out what went wrong.

Instead, I propose that you try this strategy to get your ex-girlfriend back. First off, try to forget about the relationship for a while. Direct your energy into your own life. Go out and have fun with your friends or try to meet and make new friends. Now I’m not referring to going out and trying to find another girlfriend. Not at all. Actually I would highly suggest that you try to forget about women altogether for this time period.

While taking this sebatical, so to speak, try to set some new realistic goals about the ways you can and will meet people who you will then bring into your life.

It is best, sometimes, to take a few months to make these changes in your life. It may work wonders for you being apart from your ex for this time.

What this type of strategy typically does is allows you to change your life for the better long term and clears your mind which helps you determine how you should then proceed with trying to get your ex back.

You may find out after this time that you do not actually want your ex-girlfriend back in which case you have healed and moved on. Or you may have a better handle on relationships and how you want to deal with them which could help you if you do decide to proceed with trying to get your ex back.

If, after this time, you still feel like you want your ex-girlfriend back then it is time for you to determine how she feels about you. This is the time when you must be direct with her, in a strategic way…so listen.

Never, ever beg your ex-girlfriend to get backget her back together with you. That strategy always pushes them further away. Never try to get her to feel sorry for you either. Again that is a self-defeating strategy that usually pushes them away.

Instead, play a little hard to get (don’t go overboard with this). If you have been apart for a few months chances are that she has been missing you as badly as you have been missing her. She needs to see that you are doing fine without her. This will cause her to give some serious thought to your relationship.

This does not work 100% of the time (nothing does) but if you are meant to be together this is the time that that usually becomes clear to both of you.

Try not to over-analyze things that are going on now as this may cause you to work against getting your ex back. Take it one step at a time and keep cool and, if it’s meant to be, this is how to get your ex back.
