Learn a new and interesting sport together. You must keep the date relatively charged up if you want to re-establish a strong connection with your ex girlfriend.

The point is that you need to create a new connection with your ex by creating a strong dating experience. An emotionally charged date will lead to the beginning of a new relationship between you and your ex girlfriend.
