When a relationship comes to a screaming halt, either one or both parties involved may find it hard to believe that it has really ended, and is especially true when a relationship is a newer relationship. Some men simply cannot accept the fact that their girlfriend walked out on them. So they find themselves still thinking that she’ll still be there in the morning and they try to convince themselves that it was all a dream. Are you asking “How can I get back together with my ex girlfriend”, it is important that you use a step by step plan.

In order to get back together with your ex girlfriend, there are several different steps to take. Here are some of the plans that you should keep in mind when working through the process of fixing your relationship.

- Second chances are always available for everyone, so it’s not impossible for you to get back together with your ex girlfriend. But first, you will have to do some soul searching and ask yourself these questions. Do you still love her? Do you really want her back and why? Are you thinking I need her back because you are afraid to be alone, or you don’t believe you should have been dumped? If you are looking to get back with your ex because of reasons other than you truly love her, you can be playing a game that could be very dangerous to both of you and you would be better off forget and move on.

- If your priority is “how can I get back together with my ex girlfriend?” Then you must not appear to be needy or desperate to your girlfriend. Although you may really want her back, and you may feel desperate, you must control your emotions, keep them to yourself. If you cannot keep your emotions under control then it might be necessary to talk to your friends or family so you can cry your heart out to them instead of in front of her to see. Absolutely do not beg or cry in front of her, and do not stalk her.

- Learn how to control your emotions, forget about your self pity and start working on the positive aspects of working out the problems you had with your ex that led to the break up in the first place. If you look like your needy, or if you appear to be too desperate, she could end up trying to avoid you even more.

- Make yourself available to her by keeping the lines of communication with your her open. She may have ended the relationship, but you must make her feel like you are still available and the lines of communication are open and that you are willing to be civil. You don’t have to be the one initiating the contact, but you have to be willing to say hi and have a conversation with her if the opportunity arises, keep in touch casually. It might be better if you let her make the first move.

- Most of all, look for what went wrong with the relationship. There was a problem that led to the end of the relationship or it wouldn’t have ended, find out what the problem or problems were. If you want to get back together with your ex finding the cause of the arguments, or which of her needs weren’t being met, then working to rectify those issues can be a necessary step.

The steps above are a starting point to help a relationship. Getting back with an ex is a bit more complicated than what is outlined here but it is a good start and will get you well on your way to getting your ex back. A more detailed step by step plan could greatly improve your chances of winning back your lost love.
