Have you recently gone through a break up? Are you wondering if you can I get my ex back?” These are questions that were constantly floating around in my head when I went through a break up especially, “How could I get my ex back.”

Well, the good news is that 95% of all relationships are repairable if, the proper steps are taken. I found that a step by step plan, if you stay with it, can erase that nagging question “How do I get my ex back?” I am going to outline a few steps that you could take that will start you down the road to renewing your broken relationship.

This is the first and possibly the most important step you will must take in order not to push your ex further away.

When a break up occurs, the first thing that the person that got dumped does, is to start hounding there ex trying to get them to answer or return calls, constantly send them text messages, sending emails over and over, some even all most become like stalkers, all this in an attempt to get there ex to talk to them in hopes of working it out.

All this might do for you is, push them further away instead, acknowledge the break up, give your ex the impression that you agree with the break up and cut all communication with them. Human nature is to want what we can’t have especially if we already had it once before, we tend to be over aggressive when we try to get it back.

Human nature and curiosity can work in your favor here, after a short period of time of no contact your ex can begin to wonder why you are not trying to contact them to try and work things out and get back together and even more so if you were stalking them right after the break up. Curiosity may lead them to start calling you to see what’s up, because not knowing why the calls stopped, may drive them crazy with curiosity. At the very least they would start to ask friends that the two of you have in common, how you’re doing, if you’re depressed, maybe if you seem like you are missing them.

The next thing you should not do, and here again a mistake most people make due to human nature, is to sit around being depressed, feeling sorry for themselves, or pout. All this might do, is to make it harder for you to get back together with your loved one. This is not the answer to the question “How can I get my ex back?” Instead, go out, socialize with the friends that you quit hanging around with when you were in the relationships, this can help you in a few ways especially if they are mutual friends of both you and your ex.

First, it would give the impression that you are OK with the break up and are moving on with your life, remember human nature? We want what we can’t have! Second, it would make your ex start feeling like they have to get you back and you might find yourself starting to bump into your ex in places where the two of you used to hang out together. If this happens, be civil and friendly, say “Hi, hows it going?” (Give the appearance of being up beat.) It is OK to have a short conversation with your ex but, keep it short, then go about your business all the while giving the appearance that all is good with you and life is moving on.

If really want to know “How can I get my ex back?” Then these are the first steps you must take, because these steps go against human nature and might begin to pique the curiosity in your ex. Once you do that you can begin to control the situation and move toward renewing the relationship.

However there are more steps that must be followed if you want to succeed in getting back together with the one you love. You will need a complete step by step plan, and you will have to stick to it to the end, stopping before reaching the end of the plan may put you back at where you started from.
