In today’s day and age where people can interact with one another in an instant it isn’t hard to lose your lover to someone else, especially if your relationship is going through a rough spot. But, there are still ways to get your ex back…

Going through a break up is no fun… It often leaves you feeling miserable for weeks. If you want to get your ex back, it’s vitally important that you push those emotions aside and stay positive… Whether you have to run 5 miles, hit a punching bag, or something else, just get rid of the bad emotions if you want any chance at getting your ex back.

The first thing you need to do is figure out what wen wrong in the relationship. This isn’t always the easiest thing to do… It’s often an underlying issues that caused the relationship to run into problems.

Things like jealousy, being insecure, being stubborn, being boring, will kill a relationship… You have to figure out what happened so you can fix it, if not then you’ll just end up in an on again off again relationship.

After a break up you only have a certain amount of time to get your ex back… Depending on how long you dated your window of opportunity will be bigger or smaller. Either way you have to show your ex that you can change and that you are a fun person to be around.

You can do this by hanging out with mutual friends that both you and your ex share… Take them out and do something fun that you don’t usually do. Make sure you and other people are taking pictures… You want them to go back to your ex and show him or her the pictures and talk about what a fun time they had. You also want to post some pictures of your own on your facebook page if you have one…

This will make you much more attractive in the eyes of your ex. Also, do not try to make your ex jealous while you are out having fun… If the mutual friends go back and tell your ex you were kissing and flirting with the opposite sex (or same sex, whatever you prefer) then you can forget about fixing the relationship.

You just want to be the fun person who’s an obvious pick over the rest… It’s easy to do this even if your ex is dating new people because the very beginning of relationships are always a little bit awkward so you can capitalize on this by looking like the life of the party.

If your ex calls and wants to hang out, make sure you don’t get intimate with them unless they have specifically said they want to get back into a relationship with you…

Otherwise they will pretty much just be sleeping with you with no intention of getting back together; I’m assuming you’re wanting more then just casual sex so be sure they are back on board before you do anything sexual, I’d suggest taking things a little slow once you’re back together at least for a few days…
