One other thing you might do to help is to put together a list of what was good and bad about the relationship. Look at the bad things and decide how to work on the ones that you can. Concentrating and focusing on creating the list will focus your thoughts. Remember, not everything that happened with your relationship is your fault. Do not let this task get you down. Approach it with a calm, cool, collected mind that is focused on the task.
