Guys could cooking be the Valentines Day gift for her? we have all heard the good old adage about the path to a man’s heart is always by way of his stomach-and for many men that remains true today. This does not suggest that a woman won’t find a man with cooking ability alluring. A man who can cook-or perhaps bake!-is a tremendous draw for a woman.

Seeing that this goes both ways, I’m going to give you some good recipes that are tried and true and your companion is going to appreciate that you took the time to make something for them. In many ways, a homemade present-whether it is a card or some Valentines Day chocolate coated strawberries-is the way to someone’s heart. The idea shows them that you genuinely care sufficiently to put in the effort and the hard work to give them a portion of yourself. How would that ever be a bad thing?

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
12-14 large, luscious strawberries and 8 oz. of good quality milk chocolate or white chocolate.

You might carry out this one of two methods; melt the chocolate in a double boiler on the stove, as well as melt this in a bowl inside a microwave. I prefer the microwave because it is faster. Heart Shaped Sugar Cookies

Not all people wants to bake, but if you do enjoy taking the time to construct edible art-these might be the cookies for you! These cookies will be big hit every year. Hint: put in a bit additional vanilla than may be called for and it appears to make them even!
You will need the following ingredients:
· 1 cup butter, softened
· 3 eggs
· 3 ½ cups flour
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
· 1 teaspoon vanilla (more is better!)
· 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
· ½ teaspoon salt
Mix ingredients together until smooth. Chill dough for One hour. Roll out on to a lightly floured surface and use a heart formed cookie cutter to generate the designs. Bake at 375 for about 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake!

After they’re cooled you may frost trhe cookies as well as dip them into melted chocolate for a more elegant and delicious treat.

Applesauce Muffins
Why not give your loved one a special breakfast treat? These types of muffins are simple to make and they are delicious!
· 2 cups bisquick mix
· ½ cup sugar
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon
· 1 cup of applesauce
· 1 egg
· 2 tablespoons oil
Combine each ingredients and pour into muffin papers. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. When still hot from the oven, roll tops in melted butter next dip into a cinnamon and sugar mix. Produces 12 muffins

Chocolate Raspberry Decadence

Nothing at all goes better with chocolate than raspberries (and a little love obviously!) Here is a cake which contains more calories than a small village in the Himalayas consumes in 1 week-but it is worth it!
Filling:
· 12 oz. of cream cheese
· 1/3 cup sugar
· 1 cup chocolate chips
· 1 teaspoon vanilla
· 1 ½ cups raspberries
Cake:
· 1 cup melted margarine
· 2 eggs
· 2 cups sugar
· 1 cup milk
· 1 cup water
· 1 teaspoon vanilla
· 3 cups flour
· ¾ cup cocoa
· ¼ teaspoon salt
Grease a bundt pan. Mix filling except for raspberries and set aside. Blend up cake ingredients. Pour half of the batter in to the pan, then drop the filling by spoonfuls on top of the batter, cover with raspberries after that pour the remaining batter over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for almost an hour and fifteen minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar, garnish using raspberries.

Chocolate Fondue

What’s more deliciously sensual than dipping things in chocolate? Melt chocolate in some sort of fondue pot and have a variety of foods ready to be dipped. You can utilize chunks of angel food cake, strawberries, bananas and even pineapple.
